At its May 21 meeting, the City Council voted to include a referendum for the renovation and reconstruction of South Portland High School on the November ballot.

May 4 2007 |
The South Portland City Council Meeting, will meet on Monday, May 7 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. The appropriation of funds for high school additions and renovations, and the authorization of bonds to finance the project are Item #7 on this agenda.

April 10 2007 |

The Secondary School Facilities Meeting previously scheduled for April 12, has been canceled. The next regular meeting of the Secondary School Facilities Committee will be held on Thursday, April 26 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the South Portland High School Library.

On April 23, from 12:00-1:00 p.m., Principal Jeanne Crocker, SPHS students, and the architects will lead the City Manager and City Council on a tour of the high school.

The Joint Workshop with the City Council will be held on Monday, April 23 in the South Portland Community Center. The portion of the meeting regarding the high school renovation plan will be held from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
